Where do I order?
You can order MUtable products directly from our site here.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Europe, North America, China. Please write to firstname.lastname@example.org to know our local distributors around the world.
How can I finalize the order?
After selecting the item or bundle you wish, add it to the cart by clicking on the button "Buy Now". You can then go to the cash desk and pay for the products or continue shopping.
If you decide not to go directly to the cart but to shop a little more on the website, you can always go back to the cart by clicking on the relevant icon at the top right.
In the cart you will find a summary of your order and you will be asked to enter your shipping information and choose the payment method.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You don't need not register to place an order. However, we will need your email address to send you tracking updates on the order.
What forms of payment/credit cards does MUtable accept?
We accept payment via PayPal (both as registered member and gest),and with all major credit cards
How long does delivery take?
For our customers in the EU and the USA, standard delivery takes around 5-10 days. Shipment to other countries may vary but generally takes between 1 and 3 weeks.
How much are the shipping costs?
The delivery fee is included if the order contains MUtable otherwise the costs vary from your country as follows:

How can I track my order?
A unique tracking code will be sent to your e-mail address approximately 48/24 hours before the delivery. Should you fail to receive tracking within the allotted timeframe, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us and we will look into your delivery for you!
Do you have a warranty period?
Yes! All of our items have a warranty period of 2 year, or the minimum guaranteed warranty in your country.
What happens if I lose or break part of the set?
Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects, but unfortunately we cannot reimburse customers for lost or broken items.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Get in touch with us at email@example.com, and we would be more than happy to change or cancel your order for you! Unfortunately, we cannot change order requests once the agreed notice period has been transferred to the warehouse.
Can you provide an invoice for my order?
Of course! Please request an invoice to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process this for you. We can provide VAT receipts to users who are properly listed in the VIES (VAT Information Exchange System) database. To request a VAT receipt, contact support before to place the order and provide your company’s name, business address, and VAT number. Once we validate your information a VAT receipt will be sent to the email address on your account.
How much will I be charged at customs?
If you are in the US or the EU there is no import tax. In the other countries duty fares may vary, so we recommend checking with your customs office before purchasing.
How can I enter my account?
If you have previously registered, you can enter your account by clicking on User in the header at the top right.
Once you have entered your e-mail and password and clicked on login you can go back to the User button. By clicking on the button again you can now enter your account.
What do I do if I forget my password?
No problem: just click on User button (top right) and choose the option "Password forgotten". You will receive an e-mail containing a link where you can assign a new password to your account.
How can I change the email address of my account?
Changing the e-mail address is quick and easy. Enter your account and go to the "Personal Profile" section where you will find the "Edit" option next to the email address you indicated.
What ages is MUtable designed for?
MUtable is designed for children from 1 to 8 years
What is specifically not included?
Wooden houses, cars, dolls, water-markers, and chalks are not included with MUtable
What is the weight the chair can support?
Our chairs have been tested as children furniture, hence for a maximum weight of 50kg. This does not mean that they are not suitable for higher weights as they are made of wood and hence very solid!
Is MUtable PVC, BPA and phthalate free?
MUtable is made 100% of wood and the paint is totally NON-toxic. So yes, PVC, BPA e phthalate is not used to produce MUtable.
