Where can I buy the MUtable and MUtable accessories?

Is there a warranty period for MUtable products?

Yes! All of our products have a warranty period of 2 years.

MUtable is designed for what ages?

MUtable is designed for children from 1 to 8 years old.

What is the weight limit for the chairs?

Our chairs have been tested as children’s furniture, with a maximum weight of 50kg.

However, they are made of wood and, therefore, very solid and sturdy!

Is MUtable PVC, BPA, and phthalate free?

MUtable is made entirely out of wood and the paint is NON-toxic. So, yes! MUtable is 100% free of PVC, BPA, and phthalate.

What is specifically NOT included in my order?

Wooden houses, cars, dolls, water-markers, and chalk are NOT included with MUtable

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to shop on our website.

However, you will need an account to place an order. You can create an account before purchasing or when completing your order.

How can I complete my order?

After selecting the item(s) you wish to purchase, click the button ADD TO CART. Next, you can either go to the shopping cart and pay for the items or continue shopping.

If you decide to continue shopping, you can always view your shopping cart by clicking on the Cart Icon at the top right side of the page.

When completing your order, you will find a summary of your order in the shopping cart. You will be asked to enter your shipping information and choose a payment method.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Get in touch with us at support@mukako.com and we would be more than happy to change or cancel your order for you!

However, please consider that we cannot change an order once the order has transferred to the warehouse.

How do I enter my account?

You can enter your account by clicking on the Account Icon at the top right side of the page.

Under the tab Already Registered you can enter your email address and password, then click on SIGN IN.
If you do not have an account, you can create one under the tab NEW TO MUtable. Enter an email address and create a password, then click on JOIN MUTABLE.

You can view your account at any time by clicking on the Account Icon.

How can I change the email address for my account?

Changing your email address is quick and easy.

Login to your account and go to the section Personal Profile, where you will find the option Edit next to your current email address.

I forgot my password. How can I change it?

Changing your password is quick and easy.

You can assign a new password to your account at https://mutable-design.com/account/

What forms of payment does MUtable accept?

We accept payment via PayPal as well as all major credit cards.

Where does MUtable ship?

We currently ship to Europe, the United States, and Canada.

What does the shipping cost for my country?

The shipping fee is included on orders above $99 / 99£ / 99€ (199€ for Switzerland, Norway, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Australia).

Otherwise, the shipping fee varies depending on your country:

How much will I be charged at customs?

If you are in the US or the EU there is no import tax.

In the other countries duty fares may vary, so we recommend checking with your customs office before purchasing.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped around 5-10 working days after the order is placed.

However, please consider that availability can vary based on your country or the color of the item(s) you are purchasing, which may affect the shipping date.

How can I track my order?

A unique tracking code will be sent to you via email as soon as the courier takes over your shipment.

What happens if I lose or break part of my MUtable or MUtable accessories?

Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects for 2 years; however, we do not reimburse customers for lost or broken items.
