What warranty do you offer for your products?

All the products we sell are covered by the European standard manufacturer's warranty which covers 2 years for private customers and 1 year for customers who purchase with a VAT number.

If a product is defective you can contact us at cs.mukako@stokke.com and we will help you resolve the issue according to our return procedure.

What ages was MUtable designed for?

MUtable was designed for children from 1 to 8 years old and is tested for independent use by children ages 3 and up.

What is the weight limit for the chairs?

Our chairs have been tested as children’s furniture, with a maximum weight of 50kg.

However, they are made of wood and, therefore, very solid and sturdy!

Is MUtable PVC, BPA, and phthalate free?

MUtable is made of wood and the paint is NON-toxic. So, yes! MUtable is 100% free of PVC, BPA, and phthalate.

What is included with the MUtable?

The MUtable includes 4 double-sided play boards:
Bricks Bases compatible with Lego Classic & Duplo – bricks not included
Blackboard & Whiteboard ideal for writing & drawing and easy to clean – dry-erase boards and chalk not included
Natural & City Landscapes – small toys not included
Wooden Cover & Puzzle Base compatible with all MUtable puzzles – includes Four Seasons Puzzle

Do I need to register in order to make a purchase?

It is not necessary to register to browse our website or begin adding products to your cart; however, we highly recommended registering in order to receive updates and promotional information, as well as to easily access your own personal profile.

You can subscribe to the newsletter and stay up to date on sales and promotions.

If you are not registered, you will be asked to enter an email address and password at the checkout. This will allow you to create an account where you will find your order details and discount vouchers.

How do I make a purchase?

After selecting the item(s) you wish to purchase, click the button ADD TO CART. Next, you can either go to the shopping cart and pay for the items or continue shopping.

If you decide to continue shopping, you can always view your shopping cart by clicking on the Cart Icon at the top right side of the page.

When completing your order, you will find a summary of your order in the shopping cart. You will be asked to enter your shipping information and choose a payment method.

Why is my order status in “Pending Payment”?

This can happen when the page is closed before the payment is processed.

To complete your payment:

- Login to your account by clicking on the Account Icon at the top, right-hand side of the screen;
- Click on the section “Orders” and add or change your payment information;
- Wait until you see the confirmation page - Thank you for your order - before closing the page.

You will also receive a confirmation email.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Get in touch with us at cs.mukako@stokke.com and we would be more than happy to change or cancel your order for you!

However, please consider that we cannot change an order once the order has transferred to the warehouse.

How can I login to my account?

You can login to your account by clicking on the Account Icon at the top right side of the page.

Under the tab Already Registered you can enter your email address and password, then click on SIGN IN.
If you do not have an account, you can create one under the tab NEW TO MUtable. Enter an email address and create a password, then click on JOIN MUTABLE.

You can view your account at any time by clicking on the Account Icon.

How can I change the email address for my account?

Changing your email address is quick and easy.

Login to your account and go to the section Personal Profile, where you will find the option Edit next to your current email address.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Changing your password is quick and easy.

What forms of payment does MUtable accept?

We accept payment via PayPal as well as all major credit cards.

Can you provide an invoice for my order?

Please contact us at cs.mukako@stokke.com to request an invoice.

Where does MUtable ship?

We currently ship to Europe and the United States.

What does the shipping cost for my country?

Shipping is free on orders above $99, alternatively the shipment cost is of $9.90.

Will I be charged a customs tax when my order is delivered?

If you are in the US or the EU, there will be NO additional customs/import tax. In other countries customs/import taxes may vary, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before purchasing.

When will my order be shipped?

Each product page includes the estimated shipping times, which depends on the type of product or the
product manufacturer.

Standard orders will be shipped out within 24-48 hrs after the order is placed with expected delivery within 5-10 working days after the order has been shipped out.

How can I track my shipment?

All orders are shipped with a tracking code, which the courier will send to you as soon as they take over your shipment from our warehouse.

What happens if I lose or break part of my MUtable or MUtable accessories?

Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects for 2 years; however, we do not reimburse customers for lost or broken items.

What should I do if my purchase is a gift?

Our orders are always shipped without an invoice.

Currently, we do not offer gift-wrapping or personalized cards with an order; therefore, we advise you to inform the gift recipient after completing your order, so that they do not reject the delivery.

Is it free to sign-up for the newsletter?

Of course! Subscribing to our newsletter is free and allows you to stay up to date on our promotions and to receive vouchers and useful information on your child's development.

How can I cancel my subscription to the newsletter?

Your subscription can be cancelled at any time by writing us at cs.mukako@stokke.com

In what case can I can request a return and reimbursement for my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order you can return it and request a refund within the first 14 days after the delivery date.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please refer to the question "What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?"
You can only return products that are in their original condition with all their accessories and the original packaging and internal warping properly packaged.
It is necessary to use the same cardboard packaging in which the product was received.

How can I request a refund?

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can simply contact us at cs.mukako@stokke.com.

Into the mail, you have to insert:
- order number
- details about the damage/defect
- attach a picture/video about the product and the packaging

We'll contact you within 48 working hours in order to help you.

I received my order but an item (or items) is missing or defective, what are the terms for reporting?

Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to verify that the ordered products are included and are all intact and present in the packaging.

Should you find out that a product is incomplete, defective or completely missing, you must immediately report the situation via email to cs.mukako@stokke.com indicating the order number, the date of delivery and the product in question.
